Permanent height compensation
Permanent height compensation is required to enable the target pallet to be pushed under the goods. The target pallet must not be higher than the loaded start pallet on the slider (see picture with red circle). If this is not the case due to the nature of your pallets, a permanent height compensation is required. Place one or two 5 mm thick plates under the pallet changer during assembly, as required, and anchor them to the floor. If more than 10 mm is required, we will manufacture the height compensation out of polyamide to ensure stability.
If the pallet is the same height or a maximum of 15 mm higher than the starting pallet, no height compensation is required (see picture with green circle).
Temporary height adjustment
If you use pallets of different heights, that the adjustment is only needed occasionally. In this case, you can use robust polyamide rails with pins and strong industrial magnets on the slider as a temporary height adjustment.
Back-wall spacer
With the practical back-wall spacer, you can ensure that your goods always arrive perfectly positioned on the target pallet, even if they are not placed in the centre on the starting pallet. The spacer is hooked into the back wall of your pallet changer and precisely aligns the goods during the change.
Protection bars
Protection bars are designed to safeguard your pallet changer from damage caused by forklift trucks during routine warehouse operations. Our product range includes particularly robust versions made of round tube with a welded cross tube and base plate for floor anchors.
Platform
Maximum flexibility for special formats: Our platform is mounted directly onto the slider, providing a continuous support surface for pallets of any type or size. Pallet changes can then only be carried out using a forklift.
