The PARATUS® Change +LIFT optimises two work steps with a single device. First of all, like all other pallet changers, it also enables a pallet change in under 30 seconds.

However, the empty start pallets are not returned to the front with the slider, but rather pushed back and then automatically stacked in the pallet magazine, eliminating the need for additional manual effort.

This efficient combination not only reduces the workload, but also ensures a smooth and efficient flow throughout the entire process.

The PARATUS® Change +LIFT significantly improves the efficiency of the entire pallet changing process by combining two operations in a single device. The fast pallet change in less than 30 seconds already optimises the process, while the automatic pallet stacking that follows avoids additional manual labour.

The combined PARATUS® Change +LIFT pallet changer is specially designed to automatically stack empty pallets in the pallet magazine after changing. To ensure that the stack remains stable, only pallets of the same size may be stacked. Therefore, the changer cannot be designed for several pallet sizes at the front.

Yes, the PARATUS® Change +LIFT is designed to be simple and intuitive to use. Even operators with no technical knowledge can use it after a short introduction. The user interface is clearly structured and the pallet changing and stacking process is almost fully automatic. Clear light signals show the operator what to do. Very little training is required to use the PARATUR® Change +LIFT.
