PARATUS® Change MOBILE
The PARATUS® Change MOBILE is an evolution of the PARATUS® Change CLASSIC model, offering the same efficient method for pallet changes in a mobile configuration. As with the CLASSIC model, the patented principle enables the change process to be completed in less than 30 seconds. This is achieved by exchanging the pallet under the goods, without the need to move the goods themselves.
In contrast to the CLASSIC, which is mounted with floor anchors, the PARATUS® Change MOBILE is the optimal solution for flexible pallet changing in a variety of locations. The system is equipped with special rails, allowing for easy setup at various points in the plant, ensuring precise location-based implementation of the changing process.
A stable rear bracing is essential for safe operation, preventing slipping during use.

the pallet changer independent of location
The PARATUS® Change MOBILE pallet changer is designed for flexible use in different locations. It gives you the freedom to change pallets where they are needed - in the warehouse, on the shop floor or in the receiving area. This eliminates unnecessary transport, saves time and makes your processes more efficient. Robust and easy to use, the changer can be easily moved to different locations using the transport frame and your forklift truck.
Yes, there are a few simple but important conditions for repalletizing on the PARATUS® Change MOBILE to ensure safe and smooth operation. The changer must be placed on a level surface. It is also recommended to place rubber strips underneath to protect the floor and the system. A firm frictional connection behind the system is essential to prevent slipping during the change.
As the PARATUS® Change MOBILE pallet changer is not fixed to the floor, there is no need for metal shims. However, the surrounding rail, which raises the changer by approximately 10 mm, ensures that in most cases no compensation is required. If more height is required, additional compensation is provided by polyamide rails attached directly to the slider.
